How it works

  1. 01

    Log it

Pick the exercise, enter your bodyweight and the weight you moved — in kg or lb.

  2. 02

    Get classed

Your weight class is set automatically from your bodyweight. No picking, no sandbagging.

  3. 03

    See your rank

You get a percentile and a tier against your gender and weight class on that exact lift.

The tier ladder

Every lift lands on a tier. Tiers are fixed percentile marks, so an Advanced riser means the same thing in every weight class.
